Hi, I’m Fionna, the founder of Well Wise Co.

I’ve spent the past two decades building and guiding businesses across the community, medical, and wellness industries. My hands-on experience as both a support worker and coordinator gave me a deep understanding of the NDIS landscape and the real challenges practitioners face every day.

My work sits at the intersection of care and structure, helping professionals create sustainable practices that honour both their clients and themselves.

With an Executive Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Medical Science, and qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Yoga Teacher, I bring together strategy, systems, and nervous system regulation to support both you and your business as one connected ecosystem. This is what I call holistic entrepreneurship.

Through this program, I help you move from support worker to support practitioner..... developing not only your business skills but also your practice wisdom. You’ll learn to care for others and yourself, building a business that’s steady, ethical, and deeply fulfilling.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re new or have experience in providing support but are new to starting and running a business. This package is perfect.... As you will have access to all the templates you will need to start your business and stay compliant.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are online (Zoom), as I share my screen helping you navigate all the systems and setup need. You will have instant access to all resources shared in your private digital folder.
Is this suitable if I’m still employed?
Yes. Many clients start while still working (either in the industry or not, it doesn't matter). We’ll design your setup around your time and goals.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes absolutely! You can pay monthly or upfront, whatever works best for your budget.
What happens after the 3 months?
You’ll have the option to continue inside The Co-Lab, a 12-month membership for professional growth, connection, and ongoing business support. Centred around Health & Wellbeing, in particular finding ways to prevent Burnout, Compassion fatigue & Vicarious Trauma.

What’s not included in the mentorship cost?
To help you plan confidently, here’s what isn’t covered in the program fee:
- NDIS Worker Screening application fees
- Insurance costs (Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, etc.)
- ABN registration (if applicable)
- Business name registration or ASIC fees
- Website hosting or domain purchases
- Paid software subscriptions (e.g. Canva Pro, bookkeeping tools)

You’ll be guided through how to set each of these up and where to find cost-effective options - but the payments are made directly by you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change.

You’re welcome to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

At that stage, no digital files or templates will have been released, and a full refund will be processed.

Once mentoring begins or digital materials have been provided, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the resources and the personalised time involved.
